How do I become a partner?

How much is the commission?
It depends on the volume of contracts signed in your communities. We discuss it with you and agree it when you join as a partner.
How does the partner code work?
Owners in your communities quote it when they sign up for maintenance. That way we know they come from you and apply what you chose: your commission or their discount.
Can the partner discount be combined with the community discount?
Yes. If at least 5 homes in the building have a Zapata maintenance plan, owners get 10 % off, on top of the 5 % partner discount: up to 15 % in total.
What equipment do you maintain?
Heat pumps for hot water and heating, split and ducted air conditioning, and gas boilers. We are the official Ariston service centre in Alicante and Murcia, and the official Wolf service centre in the Region of Murcia.
Which area do you cover?
The province of Alicante (Vega Baja, Torrevieja, Orihuela, Elche, Alicante) and the Region of Murcia (Murcia, Cartagena and surroundings).
