Split and multi-split air conditioning installation
The way to cool or heat one or more rooms without building work. We size each room, decide where the units go and leave a clean installation, ready to use.

When to choose split air conditioning
A wall-mounted split is the quickest way to air-condition a bedroom, living room or study. The indoor unit goes on the wall, the outdoor unit outside, and they are joined by the refrigerant pipes, the power cable and the drain.
| System | When it fits | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Split 1x1 | One room. | One indoor and one outdoor unit. The most direct option. |
| Multi-split | Two or more rooms. | A single outdoor unit for several indoor units. Each room is controlled separately. |
If you want to air-condition the whole house and you have a false ceiling or pre-installation, also consider ducted air conditioning.
How we install your air conditioning
- Survey visit. We look at each room, where the units will go and how the pipes and drain will run.
- Fixed proposal. We explain the unit we recommend and why, with a written quote.
- Installation. Fitting, vacuuming the circuit, charging and checking it works.
- Handover. We show you how to use it and, if you like, how to control it from your phone.
After the installation
A split needs servicing: clean filters, a clear drain and a check of the circuit. You can add it to a maintenance plan, and if anything goes wrong, we already know your installation.

Frequently asked questions
Split or multi-split?
A split is one indoor unit connected to its own outdoor unit; it is the most direct option for one room. A multi-split connects two, three or more indoor units to a single outdoor unit: it takes up less space on the façade or terrace and each room is controlled separately.
How is the size of the unit worked out?
Square metres are not enough. We take into account orientation, insulation, windows, ceiling height and how the room is used. A unit that is too big or too small uses more energy and cools worse.
Where does the outdoor unit go?
On the façade, terrace, roof or patio, looking for the shortest pipe run, good ventilation for the unit and no nuisance to the neighbours. If your community has rules, we follow them.
Do you install on existing pre-installation?
Yes. We check the pipes, the drain and the power supply before connecting the unit, and we tell you if anything needs fixing.
