Both discounts can be combined: up to 15 % in total.

We follow the manufacturer’s recommendations and current regulations for each type of unit.
Heat pump water heaters
- Descaling of the heating element and the tank
- Replacement of the magnesium anode and gasket
- Check of electrical components and temperature sensors

Heat pumps (refrigerant circuit)
- Operation of compressor, fan, valves and sensors

- Disinfection of the condensate tray and check of the drain

Repairs
Breakdown repairs
When a unit fails, we diagnose it at your home and give you a quote before repairing it. If it is an Ariston (Alicante and Murcia) or Wolf (Murcia), we attend as the official service centre.

Frequently asked questions
How much does maintenance cost?
It depends on the equipment you have. Each unit has an annual rate (for example, 25 € for a split indoor unit or 190 € for a heating heat pump) and the total decides your plan. Plans start at 105 € a year.
Which plan is right for me?
It depends on your equipment. With a heat pump only, the Basic plan; with a heat pump and up to 2 splits, Silver; with a heat pump and ducted units or 3 or more splits, Gold. You can check it with the calculator on this page.
What if I only have air conditioning or a boiler?
Our plans include a heat pump, but we also maintain air conditioning and boilers on their own. We prepare a tailored price; the calculator gives you an approximate figure.
What about my Ariston NUOS warranty?
NUOS units come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. If we maintain them, we extend it to 5 years, with parts, labour and call-out included, in any plan.
How often is the service visit?
One maintenance visit a year, following the manufacturer’s recommendations and current regulations. For heating and cooling installations in buildings, Spanish regulations (RITE) set periodic inspections according to output.
Do you maintain equipment you didn’t install?
Yes. On the first visit we check the condition of the unit and the installation.
Do you speak English?
Yes. You can call, WhatsApp or email us in English, and we’ll arrange the visit with you.
How do I cancel?
The contract is annual and renews automatically. You can cancel with 15 days’ notice before the renewal date.
